Is Bestow Hostel near the Kuala Lumpur city centre?
Bestow Hostel is located right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur in the famous Bukit Bintang district. We are just a short walk from Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Alor night market, and the bars and nightclubs in Changkat. There is an MRT station nearby so you can easily travel all over KL.
Do you have any private rooms?
We only have private capsules. Our space capsules provide far more privacy than what you get in a standard bunk or capsule hostel. Each capsule has a door that fully closes and they are effective at keeping out sound so you can rest well.
Can two people share the same capsule?
Each capsule is for one guest only. If you have multiple people in your group, you must book a capsule for each guest.
How can I pay for my space capsule?
We make it easy! You can pay via cash, debit / credit card, QR payment, or direct bank transfer.
What is your cancellation / refund policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. For a full-refund, let us know of your cancellation by 12:00pm at least 2 days before your arrival date. If you cancel within 2 days of your check-in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to your first night’s accommodation.
What time is check-in / check-out?
You can check-in starting at 2:00pm. Check-out is at 12:00pm.
Can I check-in / check-out early?
Early check-in / check-out costs an additional RM20.
The earliest you can check-in is 8:00am on the day of your reservation.
The latest you can check-out is 8:00pm, subject to availability.
What are the reception hours?
Reception hours are from 8am to 12am. If you arrive later than 12am, please ring the bell on the door to call one of our staff members. However, please let us know in advance if you are going to arrive outside of reception hours.
Do you have towels available for the showers?
You can rent a fresh towel for RM5. We also provide you with slippers you can wear while you are staying with us.
Do you have laundry services?
We have on-site laundry services for RM7 per kilogram.
Is breakfast included?
We do not offer complimentary breakfast. However, you can eat tasty and budget-friendly Malaysian street food (including breakfast dishes like roti) at Ali Food Corner, just outside the hostel. You can also receive a 15% discount on all purchases at Bestow Restaurant & Bar, just around the corner from the hostel. We serve all-day brunch with a menu that includes espresso drinks, Belgian waffles, Mediterranean baked eggs, and so much more.
